Security Function
The Security function helps you to ensure security of the projector. With the Key lock function, you can locktheoperationonthetopcontrolorremotecontrol (p. 54). Providetheimagetofitthescreensize. When the original imagesizeislargerthanthescreensize(1024x768), the projectorenterstothepanningmodeautomatically. Usethe Pointbuttonstopantheimage. Computer Input
Custom Adjust the screen scale and position manually with this function. Press the SELECT button at Custom and the "Custom" is displayed on the screen for a few seconds and then the Aspectdialogboxappears. When set to "On, " the aspect ratio is fixed. The "Scale V" appears dimmed and becomes unavailable. Adjust "Scale H, " then the screen scale is automatically modifiedbasedontheaspectratio. To save the scale, press the SELECT button at "Yes. " WhenCustomisselected, thesavedscale isused. To reset, press the SELECTbuttonat"Yes. "
PresstheSELECTbuttonat CommonorReset, todisplaya confirmationbox.

For zooming in and out the images
Digital zoom + SelectDigitalzoom+. TheOn-ScreenMenudisappearsand "D. Use the Point buttons to pan the image. ThePanningfunctioncanworkonlywhentheimage islargerthanthescreensize. A projected image can be also expanded by pressing the D. ZOOM+buttonontheremotecontrol. Digital zoom SelectDigitalzoom. TheOn-ScreenMenudisappearsand "D. zoom"appears. PresstheSELECTbuttontocompress imagesize. Theprojectedimagecanbealsocompressedbypressingthe D. ZOOMbuttonontheremotecontrol. ToexittheDigitalzoom+/mode, pressanybuttonexcept theD. ZOOM+/buttons, SELECT, andPointbuttons. To return to the previous screen size, select a screen size from the Screen SizeAdjustment Menu or select an input source from the Input Source Selection Menu (pp. 30-31) again, or adjust the screen size with the D. ZOOM +/ buttons.

Projector Condition
Theprojectorisoff. (TheACpowercordisunplugged. ) Theprojectorisinstand-bymode. PressthePOWERON/STANDBYbuttontoturnontheprojector. The projector is preparing for stand-by or the projection lamp is beingcooleddown. Theprojectorcannotbeturnedonuntilcooling iscompletedandthePOWERindicatorstopsblinking. When the projector is cooled down enough and the temperature returns to normal, the POWER indicator stops blinking and the projector can be turned on.
